A Day To swim!

So Monday- We decided to all take the day and relax and enjoy the sun. Mama had the day off and it was the day before Clay headed back to work! Thanks to the Reynolds, we enjoyed a wonderful day by the pool just what we all needed!

Catching up in July!

I just started this blog thing- so I decided to catch up on whats been recently going on with my little Crew:) The 4th just past and we had a great and long wkend with the family! Saturday we all went to the mall. We hung out, ate lunch and played in the arcade! Then we came home and CLay grilled an amazing pork loin, potato salad and his famous bake beans! Sunday We went to church!

It was Keagans 1st 4th of July-So we all dressed very patriotic!

Jaden and MaKaleigh was looking very nice also:)

Then we headed off to Monterey to spend some time with my father in law! The kids enjoy seeing their pawpaw and they always have fun.

4years Today July 8th 2010!

Our Engagment pics- January 2006

Today 4 yrs ago, I married the most wonderful, compassionate, loving, selfless, trustworthy, Godly, comitted, sincere, and handsome Man! Clay Owens I am truly blessed to call you MINE:) God created and formed you just for me- I couldnt see myself with anyone else. You are my husband, partner, best friend, and the most wonderful father to our kids! WE have shared so much together good and bad..but through every thing each walk together made us so much stronger! I know with God being the center of our marriage we will have many more great yrs with each other. I still get that nervous feeling in my stomach when i hear your voice on the phone, when you hug or give me a kiss- You amaze me everyday- I always ask myself is it possible to be this much in love and for a realtionship to be this perfect..And then I look at you and realize that it really is:) I look forward to spending the rest of my life with you- WE have accomplish what some these days havent..4 GREAT yrs..I love you and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY:)

July 8th 2006-

My Babies can Hear:)

Jaden and MaKaleigh had another set of tubes put in their ears- June 22nd 2010. That was Jadens 3rd set and MaKaleighs 2nd set. Before having their surgery they would scream all night in pain, and when they talked to people they would always scream or talk really loud! I would have to put their tv volume on 40 just so they could hear. Now since they have had the set of tubes..Jaden can watch a movie and repeat word for word what they say..I can turn the volume down to like 20!And as a mother it makes you so happy your baby can actually hear you, but at the same time its sad that they couldnt before! I had many sets when I was a child so I know what it feels like to have ear aches, or know when my ear drum was about to rupture. I always want to take their pain away..and every year at the same time we go through this! But I'm praying and standing in faith that maybe they each will grow out of it and not keep having the same problem. I dont want their hearing, or speech to mess up! But on a good note when we went back for their 1wk check-up Jaden passed his hearing test, but she still advised me and clay to still get a speech therapist to work with him, because they could help him now with the little things he has trouble with instead of waiting for him to get in school and have more to work on. I totally agree! I am so happy they can hear us..its so funny listening to them talk to each other and the things they come up with. But as the adults we now have to watch what we say, because now that they can hear you and it dont sound muffled they will copy word for word what you say.
Example- My mama was riding with me, clay and the kids somewhere and she was telling us something. And she said "why dont you just tell me to shut up" and Jaden responded " SHUT UP MAWMAW" There are many more that would make you laugh, they sure have made my yucky days better:) I just love watching them everyday, they grow up so FAST!
